Finally the news we have all been waiting for… PANDORA Disney Collections are coming soon to Europe, Middle East and Africa!
Early today in a press release PANDORA announced its plans for growth across Europe, Africa and the Middle East alongside corporate partner Disney. With this expansion PANDORA’S Disney inspired jewellery will soon be available to customers in almost all of the jeweller’s global markets.
PANDORA will begin the launch of it’s Disney collection in Europe, Africa and the Middle East in October 2017. It seems that initially a smaller collection will be released with Disney’s most iconic characters, including Mickey and Minnie Mouse and Disney princesses. This would be following a similar pattern to when the PANDORA Disney Collection was released in Australia. At first the Mickey and Minnie charms were released along with a handful of the Disney Princess collections, and later more items were added.
“For some time now, we have received requests from our customers across the EMEA region for products from the Disney collection and I am delighted that we are now able to bring them to our stores in the region. We believe that this wonderful collection will fit very well as the reception by our consumers of the Disney collection in North America and Asia Pacific has been very positive.”
– David Allen, president of PANDORA EMEA region
The Disney collection will be available at PANDORA concept stores, eSTOREs, and in selected department stores. As part of the alliance, PANDORA’S charm bracelet will be the official charm bracelet of Disneyland Paris in France. The brand’s jewellery will be sold in multiple locations inside the destination.
The manufacturer and retailer will introduce around 30 new pieces of jewellery to the existing assortment, some of which are a novelty to Pandora’s Disney collection.
“We’re looking forward to the opportunities ahead through our alliance with PANDORA, in addition to debuting a new line of PANDORA jewellery at retail that we know will be a fan favorite, we are collaborating on other product lines and guest experiences at Disneyland Paris.”
– Tiffany Rende, senior vice president of Disney corporate alliances & operating participants.
PANDORA first entered into a strategic corporate alliance with Disney in August 2014. Under the terms of the agreement it created an original collection of Disney-themed jewellery that has since sold in the Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resorts, as well as in Pandora stores throughout the US, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Central America and the Caribbean.
I am really excited to hear this announcement and I’m sure I’m not the only one! My PANDORA Disney Collection has grown a lot recently and I’m loving the new Disney releases. It will be fantastic if every PANDORA fan can go into any PANDORA store anywhere in the world and browse the Disney range.
