Celebrate family bonds with the sweet PANDORA Mother’s Day 2018 Collection!

PANDORA MOTHER’S DAY 2018:

PANDORA have released part of their Mother’s Day collection early to coincide with the UK’s celebration of the holiday on Sunday 11th March. The remainder of the collection will be released for the later celebration of Mother’s Day on the 13th May.

This years PANDORA Mother’s Day Collection is slightly different and includes some new style balloon charms like the Balloon & Teddy Charm from the Spring 2018 Collection. The main colour themes are silver, lilac, pink and purple. As well as typical family charms we have new versions of the bouquet and house charms, new alphabet letter petite charms, and celebration and anniversary charms.

The Limited Edition Moments Silver Bangle, Flourishing Heart Padlock is one of the most interesting new bracelets from PANDORA for a while. I really liked the lock concept featured in the PANDORA Valentine’s 2018 collection but wasn’t overly keen on the pink cubic zirconia stones. The pretty family tree design with tiny hearts on the lock make this Bangle a delightful gift! The charming engraved message ‘Love makes a family’, also makes it a wonderful Limited Edition piece.

One of my favourite aspects about PANDORA jewellery is that it is possible to mix and match with different items. The Flourishing Heart Padlock Bangle takes this to a new level as the Padlock clasp can be detached and worn as a separate item of jewellery with other bracelets or necklaces!

The adorable Flourishing Heart collection continues with the sweet Flourishing Heart Charm for just £25 from PANDORA UK eStore. It is refreshing to see more simple silver designs and hopefully PANDORA will keep it up with future collections.

Once again the loving inscription ‘Love makes a family’ is subtly engraved on the charm on the side. I partially like extra little details like that and it makes the charm an ideal gift.

I adore the new balloon theme charms from PANDORA! The Balloon & Teddy Charm depicts a sweet teddy bear and his rabbit friend floating from a balloon. The Perfect Home Pendant Charm is another one of my favourites from the PANDORA Mother’s Day 2018 Collection. The design is similar to the previous Home Sweet Home charm from PANDORA but is a flat 2D locket design with a cute pink enamel heart and the hidden message ‘Home is where the heart is’ engraved inside. The Mother & Baby Bird Pendant is a truly sweet design and the addition of a cute rose and little embossed heart icon will make this charm quite popular. The tiny stamped heart at the top of the bale seems to be on many of the new charms. I personally would have preferred a completely silver design without the added cubic zirconia stones. I really love the basket weave design of the PANDORA Rose Pattern of Love Pendant. Personally I think the pink enamel is a little uninspiring and I would have preferred to see something a bit more interesting.
