Pandora delighted fans earlier this year with the release of the stunning Pandora Brilliance collection. Currently the Pandora Brilliance jewellery is exclusive to the UK but it will be available globally in 2022. The Pandora Brilliance range includes rings, bracelets, necklaces and earrings in a choice of silver, 14k Gold or 14k White Gold, featuring beautiful lab-created diamonds.

I instantly fell in love with the Pandora Brilliance collection and my kind and very generous husband bought me three pieces to celebrate a momentous anniversary. In this post I will review my favourite of the three, the Pandora Brilliance 14k Gold 1.00 Carat Ring (159450C01).

Currently there is only one ring design in the Pandora Brilliance collection. The elegant design is inspired by the infinity symbol, making it the ideal romantic gift. Prices start from £250 for the Solid Sterling Silver version which has a choice of a 0.15, 0.25 or 0.50 carat diamond. Both the 14k Gold and 14k White Gold versions have a wider choice of a 0.25, 0.50, 0.75 or 1.00 carat diamond, with prices starting from £525.

Each piece from the Pandora Brilliance collection is beautifully presented in the new modern packing and thick pink envelope which includes a Diamond Certificate and Care Guide. The Care Guide recommends cleaning Pandora Brilliance jewellery with elements from the Pandora Jewellery Cleaner Set, however the Pandora cleaning brush should not be used on 14k White Gold pieces.

All Pandora Brilliance jewellery is given a 2 year warranty as stated inside the Diamond Certificate: “Pandora will repair or replace Pandora Brilliance products based on any defects in materials or workmanship identified under ordinary consumer use for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase.”

The Diamond Certificate provides proof of each of the 4 C’s (Carat, Cut, Colour and Clarity) for your Pandora Brilliance jewellery. For example the Certificate for my Pandora Brilliance 14k Gold 1.00 Carat Ring (159450C01) states the Carat as ‘1.0’ and the Cut as ‘Excellent’. Colour is described as ‘Near Colourless G, H, I, J’ and Clarity is ‘Very slightly included VS1, VS2’.

Between my husband and I we decided on the Pandora Brilliance 14k Gold 1.00 Carat Ring (159450C01). It was hard to choose between the 14k Gold and the 14k White Gold but I eventually decided on the 14k Gold version. This was partly due to the fact White Gold can dull and fade over time and needs to be re-coated in rhodium every few years. Also, my 14k gold Pandora jewellery collection has slowly been growing looks beautiful worn along with the Pandora Brilliance 14k Gold Ring.

The infinity symbol is features on all of the Pandora Brilliance jewellery but is especially eye catching on the ring band. Shaped like a sideways figure of eight, the infinity sign is a symbol of eternal love: Infinite, limitless and endless. People often engrave infinity symbols on their wedding bands to signify their love will never end. While best friends usually use jewellery with the infinity detail to symbolise their friendship will last forever.

More recently, people have held the infinity symbol to a deeper meaning for spirituality, love, beauty, and power. In a world filled with distraction and complications, the infinity symbol represents a sense of simplicity and balance. It reminds us to be conscious of where we are and the endless possibilities we have before us.

The Pandora Brilliance Ring is a real statement piece and looks incredible worn alone. Yet, the design with the infinity symbol allows the ring to be tessellated and stacked for a real show stopping impact! This is similar to the retired Pandora LovePod Rings and makes the Pandora Brilliance Rings highly collectable.

A decorative ridge continues on from the edge of the infinity symbol and circles the entire ring band. From the back of the ring it is possible to see the base of the diamond and its pointed culet. Notice too, how the size of the ring beautifully increases to the diamond setting. Of course this is more noticeable in the Pandora Brilliance Rings with a larger carat diamond.

The hallmarks are discreetly positioned on the inside band of the Pandora Brilliance Rings. Engraved on the Pandora Brilliance 14k Gold 1.00 Carat Ring is the normal hallmark for Pandora 14k Gold, ‘G585 ALE’. The rings size and the size of the diamond are also so stamped on the band. For example my ring is engraved with the ring size ’51’ and ‘1.00ct D’ for the diamond size. Additionally the centre of band features the necessary hallmarks for the country of origin. Read ‘Dealers Hallmarks‘ on the Pandora site for more information.

This is possibly the first time one of my reviews does not include any styling designs! The Pandora Brilliance 14k Gold 1.00 Carat Ring (159450C01) is such a gorgeous piece and I currently wear it alone. I choose a size that I can wear on either my wedding finger or my right hand ring finger. This allows me to wear it instead of my wedding ring or in addition to my wedding ring. I wanted this as a possibility as my wedding ring is White Gold and I wanted the choice to wear only 14k Gold.

Currently I wear the Pandora Brilliance 14k Gold 1.00 Carat Ring (159450C01) anytime I want to feel like a princess! For special occasions I pair it with the Pandora Brilliance 1.00 Carat TW Sparkling Teardrop Stud Earrings (259460C01) and Pandora Brilliance 0.25 Carat Open Bangle (559473C01) for a complete set.

Currently the Pandora Brilliance Collection is only sold in the UK. The Pandora Brilliance Ring is available in silver, 14 Gold and 14k White Gold and with a choice of diamond sizes from 0.15 to 1 carat. The ring in this review is the Pandora Brilliance 14k Gold 1 Carat Ring (159450C01) which is available for £1,290 from our preferred Pandora retailer the Pandora UK eStore.
