“La Vie en Rose.”
Life is wonderful when viewed through rose coloured glass!Rose gold is top of the jewellery fashion trends right now and PANDORA filled a large percent of the Autumn 2017 Collection with PANDORA Rose pieces, including the first PANDORA Rose murano charm! The PANDORA Rose Pink Shimmer Glass Murano (781650) is not a completely new design, but rather a PANDORA Rose take on the Pink Shimmer Murano (791650).
When I first previewed the Autumn 2017 collection the PANDORA Rose items really caught my attention and I love the glowing warmth they furnish. The PANDORA Rose Pink Shimmer Murano was a definite must-have for my collection!
Although the pink shade of the PANDORA Rose Pink Shimmer is exactly the same hue of the Pink Shimmer Murano, the Rose colour from the core is reflected in the facets of the glass. As it result it appears to have an added intensity and radiance.
Viewed from above, the faceted glass of the PANDORA Rose Pink Shimmer Murano creates a mirage effect of flickering, gleaming light. The iridescent flecks of glitter within the charm provide a soft, dreamy feeling and is incredibly pretty.
The PANDORA Rose core of the Pink Shimmer Murano is the larger size core and has ‘PANDORA’ engraved on one side and ‘B1 ALE R’ on the other side.
Interestingly, the core of the PANDORA Rose Pink Shimmer Murano isn’t threaded but is left smooth. I hadn’t noticed it from the stock images and I presume it is due to the fact that the new complete PANDORA Rose bracelet is smooth and has no threaded sections. Another reason could be that a threaded core might damage the PANDORA Rose plating. I am curious to discover if any of the silver-cored murano charms in the future will also be produced without a threaded center.
Overall I am quite inspired by the PANDORA Rose Pink Shimmer Murano and the combination of baby pink and PANDORA Rose is enchanting! I am excited to see what colours and designs will be composed next for PANDORA Rose.
The PANDORA Rose Pink Shimmer looks marvellous as a focal charm in the center of the Smooth PANDORA Rose Bracelet (580728) flanked either side with two Pink Petite Facet (791499pcz) charms. The tone of pink is almost identical! I used the Pink Field of Flowers (791665) and Pink Glitter Murano (791670) charms to complete the design.
In this design, various pinks from baby to blush and salmon to coral, combine in a burst of floral and heart charms. The blend of silver, enamel, glass and rose make it lively yet chic.
Here, the PANDORA Rose Pink Shimmer Murano provides balance opposite the Pink Glitter Murano with the Pink Intertwining Radiance Charm (781968PCZ) as the focus.
The PANDORA Open Bangle (596477) is splendid for displaying mini themes and as my PANDORA Rose collection is quite small I was able to place them all together in this blushing design with the PANDORA Rose Pink Shimmer murano taking prime position. I really hope a PANDORA Rose Open Bangle is released one day, but for now I’m enjoying the contrast of rose on silver.
This styling plays with multiple textures and I enjoy how the matte enamel emphasises the luster and brilliance of the PANDORA Rose. The Pink Bow & Lace Heart (792044enmx) and Rose Golden Glitter Ball (796327en145) charms blend in amazingly well and almost resemble rose gold!
On my final design, the gleaming, bright Mesh Bracelet (596543) affords a sensational backdrop for the PANDORA Rose Pink Shimmer Murano. This sweet yet simple design, looks stylist worn alone or stacked.
